Issue description: I installed a few widgets onto my wix website. They were all working perfectly then all of a sudden they were no longer visible in editor mode. However, when I view my site in preview mode, I can see and interact with all of the widgets. When I return to editor after seeing the widgets on preview, the widgets are again not visible. Not sure what happened and how to fix. I even tried clearing cache and also reinstalling some of the widgets but nothing that i’ve done is working. Thanks in advance for any advice or help.

Could you please confirm if you’ve installed the widgets following of the listed methods?
I did not install the widgets like the methods above. I did it this way:
The widget used to be visible in the editor mode but it isn’t any more. Also, I’ve been having a few other issues.
- my social feed is not working correctly. some posts appear when clicked into popup and others do not.
- social buttons that are linked to instagram and youtube are “blocked”
Any help would be appreciated b/c I love your widgets, just having a difficult time getting them to work right now.

To find out why the widget stopped being displayed in the Wix editor, we’ll need temporary access to your website’s backend. Here is an article explaining how to provide it- Providing access to your Wix website - Elfsight Help Center.
Please let me know once the access is shared and I’ll pass it on to the devs.
The issue with the Social buttons might occur because of the Wix iframes. To fix it, the widget should be reinstalled avoiding iframes following one of the methods I’ve shared in the previous message.
You can try do it yourself or we’ll gladly assist you with it once the access is granted ![]()
Regarding the Social Feed issue, does the issue occur only on the website or in the Elfsight dashboard as well? Could you please share a screenshot of the posts that aren’t loaded in the popup?
