Above Chat Bubble (After Delay) does not work. It does not show greeting above the chat bubble after the set time.

I’ve checked your website and everything is fine now, The greeting appears above the bubble with a 10-second delay, as you’ve set in the configurator:
Could you please double-check it? If the issue still persists, please try to check your website in incognito mode
