Document Sign Like Jot Form

It would be nice to have something like Jot Forms, where we can upload a pdf and add fields where people can fill out and sign.

Our Form Builder has a Signature field that lets users sign forms:

Would this work for your use case or you need to let users to add a signature inside the PDF file instead of the form?
