Thanks for sharing your idea!
Our Form apps might work for your needs, but they currently don’t include a signature feature. However, we do have a request for adding signatures on the Wishlist, and you can vote for it here.
If the signature is the only thing missing to make our Forms work for you, that might be a great solution! But if you need more features beyond what our Forms offer, feel free to share more details with us
