Is it possible to export a form to a PDF?
Would like a PDF export of the actual submission with our logo for our company
Hello @Faisal_Rafiq
We already have a similar idea in the Wishlist. I’ve moved your comment to the thread where we’ll post all the updates
Thanks a bunch for sharing your thoughts and yes, welcome to the Community!
When adding/saving data to integrated location (vote microsoft 365) or other chosen location, also save the completed form as PDF link to send or print.
Happy to see you in our Community! Welcome @JKG_Events

Honestly that would be so helpful. Was really disappointed that elf sight doesn’t have this very important feature which is ideal for downloading forms which have too many fields that’s not convenient to view in csv format.
I totally understand your point and really sorry that this feature isn’t supported in our app yet.
We’ll have it in mind, and I’ll make sure to update you here in case of any news.
Thanks a bunch for pointing us in this direction
I was wondering if there’s an option to receive the form submissions as a PDF file, where the filled-out information is presented in the same format as the original form design
Right now, it’s impossible to do this, unfortunately. However, we already have a similar suggestion on the Wishlist.
I’ve moved your comment to the related thread where we’ll keep you updated
I would love to have my forms exported to a PDF format in the future
Hi folks,
Using a contact form to create a turnkey PDF, i.e. with a logo, address and other document properties, would be a great thing. The suggestion would be to be able to put a signature under it.
Tada…the suggestion already exists
To capture a Signature
I recently came across a form exactly like this. I have booked a hotel. I was able to check in online from home. My data was entered with a form and an electronic signature that I made with my finger and then a PDF was created and displayed which I was then able to save. Check-in done. No more paperwork on site. The hotel will then only compare my ID card with the data. Great, that’s how it has to work.
Hi @Sina
Thank you so much for your comment!
You mean that exporting form data to PDF should include signature, am I right?
Yes @Max
The suggestion here only works with PDF export.
But a PDF is a reusable document. In conjunction with the electronic signature, it is even legally secure.
send as a pdf as well
Hi there, @Hywel
We already have a similar suggestion on the Wishlist, and I’ve merged your comment with the existing request.
Thank you so much for the feedback
Share your use case and provide as many details to support your idea as possible: Would it be possible to attach a printable PDF version of the completed form in the email notification of a new form submission?
Hi there, @user21625
At the moment, there is no way to do this, but this idea is already on the Wishlist. I’ve moved your comment to the related thread, where we’ll keep you in the loop
It would be great if it were possible to email the form results in PDF form, so they can quickly be uploaded to a student’s account. Right now I have to format the results, print them to a PDF, then upload to their file. It would also be great to be able to send the form results in PDF form directly to the respondents. It would be necessary to be able to format the results nicely.
