Device-Specific Module Layouts

We would love to be able to change the layout of a specific module based on the device.

For example, with the Testimonials widget, it would be great to have a grid layout on desktop and automatically switch to a carousel layout on mobile.

This would make it much easier to optimize modules for different screen sizes without having to duplicate the module.
