Glad to say that it’s possible to achieve a similar result using the Announcement Bar widget. Please create the widget, add the text you’d like to display there, and specify the direction of the scrolling animation.
Our devs will be happy to create a custom code for you

I don’t see this option on the Announcement Bar.

Yep, this option isn’t available right away, but our devs will create a custom code for the animation. Could you please specify where you’d like the text to be moved: right or left?
