Custom location for Floating Bubble

Is this option also applicable to the floating whatsapp button? I need to change the alignment but dont see any option to do so which is very limiting

Unfortunately, this functionality isn’t supported in WhatsApp Chat. At the moment, you can just choose left, center, right position:

I do share your point that this option would be of a great help for WhatsApp Chat widget. We’ll take this feature under consideration.
