We don’t have such an app in the catalog, but this idea sounds interesting and I’ve added it to the Wishlist.
If more users get interested in this app, we’ll try to consider this idea in the future

which trigger should send the email with what content?
As I understand it, sending a scheduled email is a newsletter.
I’m thinking it could be specific words in the post.
If certain words in a post are a trigger for an email to a website subscriber, then it is definitely not a newsletter. Could it be something like Google Alerts?
we can think about an alternavie trigger, I would assume that trigger would be different from site to site
