I would like it to add x to the counter for each day since 21/11/2018, for example.

We have a Countdown Timer app, but, unfortunately, it doesn’t have a count up option.
We already have a request for this feature, and I’ve added your comment there too. I’ll keep you posted here in case of any news

I would like a count up app that counts from a set day and could be shown in years, days, minutes, seconds. Would be very similiar to a countdown but opposite.

We have "hour : minutes " figures on our website. I am trying to find a solution that counts up from 0:00 to 3:02 or 4:04 as below. Pretty basic stuff.
