Do I understand right that you are looking for an app similar to our Countdown Timer but with an option to count up from a particular date?
If it is, we already have this idea on the Wishlist. Feel free to vote on it - Count up from a particular date.
However, if it’s not exactly what you mean, please provide more details on your specific use case
