I already have my support form and would really like a button to conenct it to All-IN-chat, like in respond .io (merges the most polupar messenging platform into one single interface, but people can send email too). Thanks.

As for the link to the form, I guess you can add it to the Welcome Message:

For the link, it’s clearly not ideal as it’s not homogenous with the rest so it’s not ergonomic and easy for the user.
I currently use chatty (picture enclosed) in that purpose but I would like to go full elfsight on my website !
