Checkbox to enable or disable pulling outside information

Please add a checkbox in the Chatbot admin to enable or disable pulling data from any source other than the supplied training documents and Instructions.

Currently, if the needed information isn’t in the training docs, the bot may pull from external sources, which in our case has been less reliable.

This can usually be prevented by adding a phrase like the following to the Instructions:

If no FAQ entry or training content sufficiently addresses the user’s question or intent, do not generate advice from outside sources. Instead reply only: “I’m sorry, I don’t have that information, but you can [contact us](https://www.example.com/contact.html) for assistance.”

However, we’ve found that oddly worded questions can sometimes bypass this instruction, so we’d like a built-in checkbox to configure this.
