It would be great if you can make a chatbot with just predefined questions. I would like to put it on my website and have a total of 20 questions in ca. 5 categories. The idea is that the user can see only these questions and choose from them.
I don’t like the AI chatbot as it is searching within a knowledge base and tries to figure things out itself. We are a small business and we need just these 20 most common questions, categorized like a tree.
