Cancel wrong subscription after mistake

Hello, I recommended a friend to open an account on Elfsight and start using two Elfsight apps on her website. Unfortunately when choosing a plan she mistakenly has paid for a full year of only one app while the correct plan I recommended for her was the all apps pack plan.

Is it possible for her to have her previous plan cancelled so that she can then join the all apps pack subscription? To help with that, I have just added myself as a member of her account.

I’m afraid that we may not be able to follow that route because, as soon as she realised it was the wrong plan after I told her, she then cancelled it :thinking:
