To make Calendar Events into a Scrolling Carousel, we can use List Section + Sync Plugin.
#1. First, you need to find Event Page URL.
In my example, it is: /events-new
#2. Edit page where you want to place Event Scrolling Carousel > Add a List Section (Click People > Choose Section with (i) icon)
#3. Hover on right of Section > Choose Edit Content
#4. Click Design > Choose Carousel

#5. Click Elements > Enable Title
#6. Click Content > Title
#7. Enter URL: {sync=/events-new}
#8. Install this Plugin
Plugin will give you some code to add to Code Injection > Header plugin
and Footer
