Bot to read date in textblock and check if the date already expired

To make it easier to add promos to the chatbot, I added the promos to text blocks and also want it to validate if the promo has already expired by reading the date. I was not able to make it work though and the chatbot is still mentioning the expired promos. I already tried instructions and json.

For example

“Our Signature Facial Promo is available until October 25, 2025.”

I’ve shared your use case with the dev team. They’ll investigate if it’s possible to make the bot validate promos based on the expiration date. I’ll let you know once I have any news :slightly_smiling_face:

We’ve switched the language model of your widget from GPT-4 mini to GPT-5 mini and now the bot responds correctly if the promo has expired.

Could you please test it out and let me know how it goes?
