Elfsight’s 13th Birthday Bash: Bali, Indonesia :hibiscus::ocean:

Why Bali? Because it’s the ultimate blend of wild celebration and soul-soothing magic — just like us.

Picture this:

  • :desert_island: Private beachfront villas where morning standups happen with toes in the sand and fresh coconuts in hand.
  • :volcano: Sunrise hikes up Mount Batur to remind us that every peak starts in the dark — just like any great startup story.
  • :woman_in_lotus_position: Midday sound baths and yoga flows to balance the hustle with harmony.
  • :motor_scooter: Scooters zipping through rice terraces, night markets, and temples — a full-senses overload in the best way.
  • :tada: And, of course, a sunset birthday party on a cliff, complete with live music, fireworks, and a floating cake (why not?).

Bali hits that rare sweet spot: unforgettable adventure, deep connection, and just the right amount of wild. It’s a celebration that doesn’t just mark a year — it recharges the whole team for the next one.

So pack your swimsuits, spirit of exploration, and maybe a flower crown or two — this birthday’s going to be legendary. :sun_with_face::cyclone:

Happy Birthday! What about a Mediterranean cruise?

Now hear me out. I know some people think cruises are for shuffleboard-playing seniors. But the Med cruise I went on years ago was the best trip I’ve ever had.

You get to visit and experience a bunch of cities instead of going to just one place. For instance, in 8 days I got to see Rome, Palermo, Savona, Malta, Palma, Barcelona, and Tunisia! So you’re not “stuck on a cruise ship” - you’re seeing many cities without having to pack, unpack, repack and carry your luggage endlessly

And for those times you’re at sea, you guys could enjoy all the ship amenities, have casual meetings, enjoy dinners together, and more. Lots of ways to stay active or relax, whichever mood you’re in. The food is universally great. I ate whatever I wanted and discovered gelato (yum!) - tho’ I actually lost weight because you do a lot of walking on a ship, gym, pickleball, etc., woo hoo!

Fun fact: Remember the cruise ship that sunk off the Italian coast, the Costa Concordia? That was the ship I was on, years earlier. Phew! (Cruise ships are very safe; that was a TOTAL anomoly by a bad captain who did something dangerous).

PS: If you go, please take me with you!! xo

Las Vegas baby!

Imagine this: you and your team, in the heart of Las Vegas, celebrating Elfsight’s birthday like it deserves. You’ve built a company that takes websites from ordinary to extraordinary — and Vegas is the one place that knows how to match that energy. Its neon skyline, bold style, and “anything is possible” vibe are a perfect fit for the brand you’ve worked so hard to create.

For a founder like you, based far from the U.S., this is more than a party. It’s a chance to connect with a huge market, stand out on a global stage, and soak up fresh ideas for the future. Elfsight doesn’t just build widgets — it builds moments that help people’s websites come alive. So why not mark this milestone in a city that celebrates big ideas every night? You’ve earned it, your team has earned it, and Vegas is ready to help you show the world.

Make sure you take lots of tick tock videos to share with us!!!

Happy birthday!

My humble suggestion: the Fourvière Hôtel in Lyon, France. Housed in a renovated former monastery, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere that invites reflection. The welcome in the old chapel has something mystical – something you sometimes need. But above all, the location on the Fourvière hill provides a calm and inspiring setting: nearby is an old cemetery where you can wander while overlooking the bustling city of Lyon. It’s ideal for your team to take a break from the daily rush and create space for contemplation: after all, we will all die someday. So how do we make the best of it in the meantime? Elfsight will never be the same again (in a good way!).

Hi there, I thought about a nice experience to celebrate your ultimate 13th Birthday party : Adventure, Magic & unwild : "Cheese, Code, and Chaos :cheese: :tada: :castle:

Take over a Swiss castle and turn it into a Techno-LARP hackathon

Location: Swiss Alps :switzerland:

Vibe: Medieval tech-people summit

Why go there?

Because there’s nothing like a mock coronation ceremony where your CTO is declared “King of Deployment” to talk about “Elfsight”. You party in armor, feast on fondue and hold flash conferences by torchlight.

The budget: off-season castles can be surprisingly affordable - and you bring your own entertainment: games, group activities but also enjoy many wild activities in nature.

Why will your team love it?

→ The Swiss Alps are a fantastic place with breathtaking scenery, and your teams will find it a wonderful change of scenery.

→ Swiss culture is very rich, depending on the region, with lots of places to visit.

→ It’s easy to get all your teams here, because there’s all the necessary infrastructure: airports, train stations, roads.

Bonus :sparkles:: “Bug Slaying” foam sword tournament, quad bike tours of the region, Murder Party and escape games in the castle.

I hope you like my idea !!! :star_struck:

Every “happy 13th” deserves a spooky twist. Imagine a haunted hotel surrounded by mountains and wilderness. Think towering rocky shadows looming over you. Wildlife making noises in the night. Owls hooting. Skittering animal footsteps in the woods out of sight. Forget small and dingy, it’s breathtakingly majestic with five-star amenities. Built in 1888, it’s simultaneously luxurious and ominous. Did I mention that they offer ghost tours? Where? The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Alberta, Canada. It’s the perfect place to mix paranormal activity with picturesque snapshots. Head to top of the gondola for epic views, then soothe any lingering spinal shivers in the hot springs. You weren’t scared, it was just the chill of the mountain air, of course… It’s the trip of a lifetime with a side of eerie. (World famous destination with all the things you’d want and need—nature, views, great food, shops, spas—all with a haunted “happy 13th” theme.) Fly into Calgary and head for Rockies—also known as the Rocky Mountains.

I’ll recommend Tokyo, Japan – Rickshaw Rides (Jinrikisha) – This is based on the photo from the photo giveaway. My thought is the guys could use a break from having to do the carrying. Explore historic districts like Asakusa in a pulled rickshaw. You’re carried in style. Now everyone could relax and enjoy while the rickshaw does all the work😂

Happy 13th Birthday, Elfsight! :partying_face::tada:

If you’re looking for a destination that’s equal parts stunning, adventurous, and unforgettable — I’ve got just the place (or three):
Thailand — especially the islands of Koh Samui, Koh Tao, and Koh Phangan! :desert_island::thailand:

Here’s why Elfsight would love it there:

  • :herb: Incredible nature – from turquoise waters and palm-fringed beaches to lush jungles and epic sunsets.
  • :elephant: Wildlife encounters – swim with whale sharks, meet elephants, spot monkeys in the trees.
  • :steaming_bowl: The food? Out of this world. Every meal feels like a celebration — fresh, spicy, colorful and delicious!
  • :boxing_glove: Try a Muay Thai camp – fun, energetic, and the perfect way to bond as a team (with lots of laughs!).
  • :diving_mask: Diving in Koh Tao – one of the best and most affordable diving spots in the world.
  • :woman_in_lotus_position: Relax or explore – beach clubs, waterfalls, snorkeling, yoga, scooter rides… you’ll never be bored.
  • :blue_heart: And most of all: the people are unbelievably kind and welcoming — you’ll feel like locals in no time.

Trust me, once you go Elfsight x Thailand, you’ll want to make it a new tradition!
Can’t wait to see where you end up — but fingers crossed for coconut shakes and island vibes! :coconut::palm_tree:

Warm wishes from Austria,
Eray

FLORIDA, USA!:palm_tree::palm_tree::palm_tree:
Depending on how adventures vs relaxing you want your trip to be, these are the top 3 cities I would suggest:
ORLANDO - if your team is looking for excitement and adventure, there are endless opportunities in Orlando. Between Disney, Universal, and all of the other entertainment offerings, I have no doubt you’d be able to have a jam packed, unforgettable, itinerary!
FORT MYERS - if your team is looking for relaxation, I suggest Fort Myers! There are plenty of “tourist” activities but at the same time, it isn’t as busy / congested as Orlando. Tons of beaches and water activities as well as restaurants and resorts.
MIAMI - if your team is looking for a PARTY, Miami is where I’d go! Tons of sports teams (Dolphins, Marlins, Heat etc) depending on the time of year. Crazy night life but still a lot of options for day time activities.

Albania. That’s my vote.

It might not be the obvious choice, but that’s exactly why it works.

I lived there for years, and I still get caught off guard by how much this place gives when I visit. One morning you’re hiking through quiet mountain villages (Berat is a UNICEF must-see), passing goats and waterfalls. Head to Saranda and you’re just a stone’s throw from Greece. That same evening, you’re eating fresh seafood by the sea, watching a sunset that feels like it belongs in a postcard.

It’s not always polished. It’s not trying too hard. And I think that’s what makes it so special.

Elfsight feels a bit like that too. Unexpected, creative, immensely useful. Sitting right in the middle of worlds that usually stay separate. Albania’s tucked between Turkey and Greece, and it carries that same kind of mix. Ancient and modern. Quiet and buzzing. Wild and grounded.

If the team came here, I’d picture you starting up north…somewhere like Theth. Clean air, crystal water, nowhere to rush. Then make your way south, stopping through castles, hidden towns, and finally landing on the southern coast where the water is warm and still. It’s calm. It’s beautiful. It’s easy to dream there.

It makes sense to celebrate somewhere that feels layered and real. I’d guess that’s exactly what these 13 years have been for you.

So yes, Albania. I think you’d love it.
