Trying to use “Back to top” on Godaddy website. Elfsight installed it and it worked but when I try to install the widget on a different page it does not work. In fact EVERY feature I have used here at Elfsight has needed to be worked on by your staff before it works…

I am really sorry to hear that you’ve faced these difficulties!
GoDaddy platform is built on iframes and if the widget is installed inside an iframe, it might work incorrectly. To fix this issue, you just need to reinstall the widget following the steps described in this article.
