Auto Translation

Can you provide automatic translation - instead of having to buy another widgit?

Hi there, @Rick_Flint :waving_hand:

Glad to say that the Auto Translate option is available for Google Reviews app staring with the Pro plan. Check this post for more details - Reviews: [Major Update] Enjoy automatic review translation! 🚀

With this feature enabled, reviews will be automatically translated into the language set in the widget’s settings. I see that you have French and English reviews in the widget, and the same language versions are used on your website.

To implement your use case, you can create 2 separate widgets with English and French translations and install them to the needed language version of your website.

Please let me know if this explains things or if you have any questions left

Thanks for the email Max,

One quick question on the Pro plan - it talks about ‘projects’ (up to 3). What does that mean? Is that the same as app (Google, FB, Instagram etc.) or something else? If the Pro allows 9 widgets but only with 1 app, I’m less interested in upgrading.

Thanks

Rick

Sure! With the Google Reviews Pro plan, you can create up to 9 Google Reviews widgets only.

A “Project” is essentially a folder that allows you to group your widgets together. You can learn more about Projects in this post: Introducing Projects in Your Dashboard. :slightly_smiling_face:

If you’re looking to use multiple apps on the paid plan, the All Apps Pack is the best choice. For the cost of just 3 apps, you’ll get access to all 96 Elfsight apps.

For example, with the All Apps Pro Pack, you’ll be able to create up to 9 widgets per app (e.g., 9 Google Reviews, 9 Instagram Feeds, etc.):

And here’s even better news: you can upgrade your subscription with a 33% discount through our Birthday Sale offer!

If you’re interested in taking advantage of the Birthday discount, just reach out to our Support Team. They’ll be happy to assist you!

The Birthday Sale is time-limited, so don’t miss out on this opportunity!

Thanks for coming back to me.

One last clarification if I may - does the All App Basic pack allow translation of Google review etc? Or only pro? And when I look on the site, the birthday offer gives a free additional month, but I don’t see that in the payment details.

Regards

Rick

Hi @Rick_Flint :waving_hand:

For the Auto Translate feature, you’ll need the Pro Plan, even for Packs.

As for the extra month, it’s not displayed in the payment details, but will be automatically added to your subscription once the payment is completed. You’ll be able to check the next billing date in the Billing section in your dashboard :slightly_smiling_face:
