Issue description:
Hello,I am currently using the free widget for displaying eBay reviews on my website. The widget successfully shows both my eBay feedback and overall score.
My main question is: once the reviews are imported and displayed through the widget, are they stored permanently and independently of eBay, or do they always rely on my active eBay account?
In other words, if at some point I decide to close my eBay account, will the reviews that have already been imported into the widget remain visible on my website, or would they disappear?
If they are not stored permanently, is there a way to export or keep them in a way that allows me to maintain the reviews independently of eBay?

The reviews in the widget are synced with your eBay business. So, if your eBay business, the reviews will disappear from the widget too.
There are 2 option to keep them in the widget:
1. You can manually add reviews to the Testimonials Slider app or through the Custom Source option in All-in-One Reviews app:
2. Our devs can disable the updates for your eBay source. So, if you decide to delete your eBay account, we can turn off the updates and the collected reviews will be kept in the widget even after the account deletion.
Just let us know before the account deletion and we’ll gladly help you with it ![]()
Hello Max, so much appreciated your quick response and the support. Wish I could do them manually but I am not capable for that. So maybe the best way for me is to disable the synchronization so I can keep the ones I imported so I can close my eBay after that without loosing the imported ones. Could this be possible? Do I have to pay a fee for that?

Hi Max, sorry for the late reply as I was in a trip with no connection.
I am happy to see that you have solved my issue! You are the best! Can’t thank you enough for the kindness.
I am thinking to upgrade to a paied plan to remove the watermark, but as far as the webshop is not still published I will keep the basic to understand how it works and how much traffic should I upgrade.
So, in case I upgrade to another plan the widget will stay unsynced right?
Also if I change the colors and backgrounds and publish it again will remain unsynced right?
Do I have to do anything else and republish it or it is already unsynced?

Yep, you can upgrade your plan, change the widget background or any other settings, the widget will remain unsynced.

May i ask you something i noticed today, my ebay widget shows 4.8 instead of 4.9 that it used to show. I have the same reviews that i had when i imported. As you said the team had disabled the sync anyway, do you know how come this might happend ? Is it maybe a bug or is normal that the score has changed like this ?

I checked and it still shows the 4.8, the ebay widget. Its strange as i have not added any review on my ebay nor received any.
Hmm, that’s really weird, as the rating was 4.9 just a couple of hours ago.
Please let me double-check it with the devs. I’ll report back once I have their response ![]()
I am using the ‘‘Untitled eBay Reviews’’ widget and not the Testimonials Slider , maybe it might help. Thank You Max

I still dont get the 4.9, i tried to remove the liquid and add again the code. Opened from phone and also anonimous login but still nothing.
Should i delete the widget and import again ?

Basically we had the sync disabled.
And i also didn’t received any feedback anyway on ebay as i have stoped the activity there
so finding the rating lower i was suprised too ![]()
