YouTube allows us to force closed captions with a query string parameter. It also allows us to force cc in a specific language. Allow us to toggle this feature on for our videos.
Example: https://<my video url>?cc_load_policy=1&cc_lang_pref=es
This would force captions in Spanish. If my widget was in Spanish, and I toggled on forced captions, this would force my videos to play with captions on in Spanish. This would be very helpful.
