Could you please provide me with a direct link to the webpage where your widget is installed and give us more details on what exactly you’d like to customize (font, color, size, etc.)?
I use the widget on a few different sites but here is one example. FYI - it is being flagged for not being WGAC compliant (text is too small and/or the contrast ratio is not sufficient).
