Can I change the Author Name?
Author Name is ALi Express Shopper I cant use it?

@Amr, I’m afraid there is no option to change the author name, but you can not show the name at all:
As for your second question, could you please make sure that the link you’re trying to add looks like this one: https://aliexpress.com/item/32962473198.html ?
This is the only format supported in the widget, so please make sure your link fit the requirement.

there is a big problem in this widget !!!
that write a review button takes the customer to aliexpress page
it must be linked to my website review
Yes, with the way our app works, this button leads to Aliexpress directly, so your customers can leave their review to your product there.
This new review will appear in your widget within 48 hours, so no worries at all

I’m a drop shipping not amazon reseller
this works with amazon resellers FBA or any method like that
but not drop shippers

At the moment your customers can leave their reviews only on the platform directly. I wish I had another solution for your here 
We have another app which althought doesn’t let your customers leave there reviews on your website, but lets you add any reviews manally: Tesimonials Slider
Maybe this one could suit you better?
