Agency and Widgets

Hi
I make websites and have a client using the Elfsight Google reviews.

What I don’t understand is that it appears I can have 3 widgets for the cost of the deal that I am on. Now this customer doesn’t need three so can I use the other two widgets for other customers?

Sorry if this sounds naive but I am not sure what is classed as a “widget”

We are absolutely delighted that you’ve decided to team up with us! Welcome @Nick_Pye

Sure, if you are going to have these widgets within the same account, you can create 2 more Google Reviews widgets and install them to any websites.

The definitions of widget and app are very close to each other, however, basically the app is a more general term. For instance, if you’re subscribed to Event Calendar Basic plan, it means that you can create 3 widgets within this app:

Within your plan (All Apps Basic), you can create up to 3 widgets per each app: 3 Instagram Feed widgets, 3 Google Reviews and so on.

Please let me know if this clarified the situation or if you have any further questions. I’ll be happy to help :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello,
I’ve just taken the paid plan for 3 widgets on unlimited sites. But I don’t understand how to put a google reviews widget on different sites with different Google accounts?
I would like to be able to install the Google Reviews widget for my different customers, with their Google account.
Is this possible?

Hi there, @Stephane_Boesel :waving_hand:

I see that currently you have only 1 Google Reviews widget in your account. If you want to display reviews from different Google profiles, you should create a separate Google Reviews widget per each source.

We have installation tutorials by platforms, feel free to check them out - Installation Tutorials by Platform (CMS) - Elfsight Help Center

If you haven’t found your platform or experience difficulties with the installation, please request the installation in your dashboard. Our Support Team will gladly assist you with it :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you very much Max.

I would have to change the explanation of your offer, as I thought I could install the widget with different Google accounts on my clients’ sites.
As it says unlimited sites, that’s what misled me, in reality it’s not true, it’s a single widget identical on all sites, but what’s the point?
I’m a web agency, so I install a lot of tools for my customers.

And I often use paid tools for unlimited installations.

I’ll use my paid subscription for myself, or for 2 additional customers, but it’s not enough to manage my customers.

Still, it’s a great tool, just a business comment.

Do I get it right, that you wanted to use one Reviews that would show the needed source based on the website, where it’s installed?

Yes, that’s exactly it. I thought I could set a Google Reviews widget style, and indicate the customer account on each site.
I’m sorry if I misunderstood.

Got it! It’s possible only if you want to display different reviews on multiple pages within one website.

If you wish to display different reviews on different websites, the only solution for now is to add a separate widget for each website. I hope this explains things.

If you have any questions left, I’ll be happy to advise
