Age Verification Widget on Zoho Commerce
Hi All
I am struggling to get my age verification widget to show up on my Zoho Commerce Site. On my Squarespace site i had no issues. I have tried pasting the code into the header and even the customer CSS section of the site and still it still does not seem to be showing up on my store.
Can any body assist or guide me with this.

Hi, it is fine on my squarespace website but my Zoho commerce store it is not working on. I duplicated the widget and pasted the code on my zoho commerce store but it does not work. puffbarvapes.zohocommerce.com

The widget isn’t displayed on the homepage because you’ve set it to be displayed on https://www.puffbarvapes.co.za/store:
If you want to display the widget only on the homepage, you need to replace this link https://www.puffbarvapes.co.za/store with the word homepage.

Hi Max thank you for all your help. I really appreciate it. I have come right now however this page is now very slow and i have to press the over 18 button about 3 times in order for it to let me proceed. I am not sure if this is due to the high quality and size of the background image or if the widget is just slow. https://store.puffbarvapes.co.za/ do you mind taking a look?

I see that you’ve added the installation code of the widget 3 times that can cause this issue:
Could you please remove 2 codes and let me know if it helped?
I only have the code on the header css
I have made a change to the widget and pasted on the header code and it seems to be better now. Not sure how it was there 3 times.

Hi Max, i thought that i had resolved the issue but it seems like it is still there despite the code only appearing on the header once. Any ideas ?

I’ve checked your webpage and Age Verification widget closes after the first click on Over 18 button.
Also, the widget is loading very fast, but the page speed is slow. Background image is quite big. So, you can optimize the pictures using any third-party tool and re-upload them to the widget, this should help. Here are links to some services that we can recommend:

If you have the issue, when you need to click several times on Over 18 button, please try to check your webpage in incognito mode.
In case the issue still persists, please send me a a video screencast of the issue and specify the version of your browser. It would be tremendously helpful
