Add value in the install script to manually change the values using the same widget

I would like to please request the value of the HOME PRICE to be added in the install script instead and the value to become customizable/changeable value for each pages. This way I could manually change the Home Prices values to match according to each property in my lising pages per properties using the same widget, please.

Also, in the DOWN PAYMENT, is it possible to change the calculations formula from using amount $ dollars to become % percentage of the amount instead, please?
