Add the Thumb Scale Function for the Follow-up Message (Assistant Behavior)

1. Add a Question for Rating the Bot answers into the Follow-up Message.
1.1. The Bot should thank you and present its entire rating as an average value
2. Send the rating with the chat history.
3. Adding the rating as an average value as information sources for training so that the bot can be asked about it and present its entire rating.
