Happy to see you on our forum, @user27868 :waving_hand:

Many thanks for sharing your thoughts!

This idea already exists on the Wishlist! I’ve merged your comment with the related discussion, where we’ll keep you updated :slightly_smiling_face:

3 posts were split to a new topic: How to add a hyperlinked text to the Answer section in AI Chatbot

Dear friends,

We’ve started working on this feature and it’s in Design stage now. However, we’d love to get more feedback from you to make sure we’re on the right track!

  • Could you tell us a bit more about how you’d use the CTA buttons for your case?
  • Where would you like users to go when they click the button?

Any extra details you can share would be super helpful :folded_hands:

  1. I think there are many CTA Buttons that could be added so a “Custom CTA” would be useful unless it’s difficult to add for some reason, but I’ve seen it on “Store Locator” and “Business Hours”.

2. A “Call” “Text” “Email” CTA would be amazing as some people don’t like to fill forms out and rather contact the person directly.

3. Users should choose when CTA Buttons should appear, for instance if a user asks 1 question, "Call” & “Text” CTA buttons should appear because customers sometimes might not understand or like the response they have gotten. Some users may want CTA Buttons to appear immediately just incase customers don’t like talking to AI.

4.Users should go to Call, App, or page of link. Q: “Where would you like users to go when they click the button?”

Thank you so much for the feedback!

Glad to say that the Contact buttons (Text, Call, Email) will be available once this feature is released.

As for redirecting to the page URLs, the thing is that bot can use the links you’ve added to your training files and instructions and display them as clickable links. Does this option work for you or you need these links as the buttons?

If it doesn’t meet your needs, could you please describe your use case in more detail? Are you going to use links to your website in the buttons? Or maybe you just need social icons that will redirect users to your social profiles on click?

That’s amazing I’m glad it will be made, I was just answering the questions where should users go, but I may not understand the question.

I’m just thinking of buttons similar to live chat/all-in-one chat but combining them into one
