it would be productive if you can add PayPal button to register for paid events
Hi @backhome84
I see that you’ve already added a Paypal link to the button.
Am I right, that this option doesn’t work for you? Do you want the registration and payment occur right in the widget without redirecting to another pages?
The button directs the user to elfsight link to PayPal widget.
The behaviour doesn’t seem normal and correct.
In this case, you can add a direct link to the PayPal page instead of the PayPal Button widget link.
However, if this is not what you are looking for, please describe your vision on this functionality
But I want to use the button.
I can achieve that if I use Calendly code but it’s paid version.
It seems that I’ve got you!
You want to integrate your PayPal Button widget directly into the event popup, so that you wouldn’t need to paste the PayPal link to the usual button, right?
Yes
Thanks @backhome84!
We’ll try to think it over in the future, and I’ll make sure to update you here in case of any progress
I was able to achieve the outcome I want.
Is there a way to integrate a zoom or google meeting so the user gets an automated invite after he registers for an event.
Great to hear that you’ve found a solution!
However, I am afraid I didn’t quite understand your use case with the integrations.
Website visitors can manually add events to your calendars (e.g Google Calendar) via Add to Calendar button:
The registration doesn’t occur in the widget, and it seems that you redirect users to the PayPal page to register for an event. So, I am not sure how these integrations should help if the registration occurs out of the widget.
Could you please elaborate on your idea?
