As for PayPal, glad to say that we have a PayPal Button app, which makes it possible for the customers to pay for your items or services right on your website.
Feel free to test it out

I got your idea regarding with opening the Calendar from the button.
However, I didn’t quite understand your case with PayPal. You want to open PayPal Button widget when clicking on the Button widget, right? So, one button will open another button, won’t it?
