Currently, Conversation Rules can be reordered via their built-in drag-and-drop functionality. It’s a very useful feature.
Can you please add the same drag-and-drop functionality to Web Pages, Files, Images, Questions & Answers, and Text Blocks? It would help improve bot training and keep our content both better organized and easier to find.

I agree, having an easier way to organize Knowledge Sources would be especially helpful when working with a larger amount of content. Adding drag-and-drop functionality to these sections is a great suggestion, and we’ll keep it in mind for future improvements.
