It’s great to be able to take advantage of a discount, however, when navigating the sign up to a paid plan that should include the discount and extra free month it shows the renewal date as 12 months ahead, where you might expect it to be 13 mths. Is this a mistake or will it resolve to 13 mths?

Worry not, while the extra month isn’t displayed in the payment form, it’s automatically added to your subscription once the payment is done.
You can check the next billing date in the Billing section in your dashboard. I’ve checked your account and see that the bonus month has been applied. You’ve subscribed today and the next billing date is July 5, 2026:
