@Max it seems the issues are mainly with edge as I can see widgets on chrome but no on edge. Can you please look into that from your end as soon as possible? Thanks!

I see that my colleague Renata has already reached out to you in a support ticket. As she said, the Edge seems to be blocking the widget from loading, but our devs couldn’t find a setting to resolve it.

Could it be that you’re accessing the site from a corporate profile? If so, you might want to try logging in with a guest profile. If the widget loads in that case, it might indicate that the security policies on the corporate profile are stricter.

Please try it out and let Renata know how it goes. She’ll be happy to assist you with it further :slightly_smiling_face:
