You could use this for a website where you review things based on your own opinions (i.e cars, LEGO things, ect.)

No, I don’t want users to write the review. Basically, I want to write the review on a website where I can review LEGO sets.

Do I get it right that the widget should show the rating of the products you’ve reviewed on other websites?
If I misunderstood your idea, please provide more details on your specific use case

No. A widget where I can choose the rating, and then embed it onto my site to show my review on that certain product.

I guess our Testimonials Slider app might be an option for your case. It lets you manually add the review text with the needed rating, which can be installed to the pages of your website:
