Is there a way to have the chat closed, when visitors close it? Now it pops up at the next page and I can imagine that’s annoying.

Chat pops up after 5 sec visitors are on our domain. Visitors can close the chat when they don’t have an immediate question. The chat stays closed, but the bubble remains on each page for extra help. When they need extra help, visitors click on the bubble and the chat opens.

Folks, I’m really happy to say that this feature is released — you now can set the chat to pop up only once! 
We’ve added a ‘Remember Visitor’ that will remember a user for a chosen period of time.
You will find in your widget Settings tab → Open Chat Triggers → Remember Visitor:
