Volume off on auto play until scrolled to that section

Right now the auto play loads on page load, but if the video player is lower on the page then the volume can be problematic.

Two similar features:

  1. Allow auto play to activate on scroll (when it becomes visible)
  2. Give option for volume on or off with auto play…so that we can choose whether default is volume on or off…and if it starts off, then the user can choose to turn it on when they see the video.
