It would be great if people could test out a new hairstyle on a hairdresser’s website via an uploaded photo.

I’d like to request a new widget/feature: a Hair Color Changer (simulate hair color filter).

This tool would allow users to upload or use their photo (or live camera) and try on different hair colors in real time. It would be very useful for:

  • Beauty salons and hairstylists who want to showcase how different colors look on clients.

  • E-commerce sites that sell hair dye products.

  • Personal use, helping users experiment with style before making a decision.

Key features that would make this valuable:

  • AI-powered hair detection and masking.

  • Wide range of natural and creative colors (can be adjusted).

  • Adjustable opacity/intensity of the color.

  • Easy embed into websites.

This type of interactive experience is in high demand, and it would be a fantastic addition to Elfsight’s widgets library.
