Create a full screen video background to overlay h1 heading h2 subheading h3 text with a call to action button. However, have the video bg play on tablet and mobile while being centered on display with a fallback image for older mobile browser. Using Vimeo videos.

Do I get it right that the only content on the page is h1 heading, h2 subheading h3 text with a CTA button? It would be really helpful if you could share a screenshot/link to the page, where you’d like to add such a background
