Its the most important aspect of the information needed on hover. User, then likes/comments then description.

We’re happy to share that it’s possible with the 2nd post style in the Instagram Feed app:
This style is available in widgets created after this release only.
You can manually update your existing widget from the dashboard, but please note that any custom CSS or JS code currently added to the widget will be removed during the update.
