Hi Max, thanks for the fast reply.. The font and placing looks off (like times new roman style) did i have too adjust things manually?

Im using futura on my site.. On the elf sight editor it looks good, on my website it looks completely off. Placing and font

The issue with the placing should be fixed. Please check it and let me know if it’s fine on your end.

As for the font issue, I’ve forwarded it to the devs and will let you know once I have their response!

I’ve talked to the devs, and they said that previously the widget had the system font, and we’ve restored it using this code in the Custom CSS field on the Appearance tab:

* {
  font-family: -apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,Roboto,Open Sans,Helvetica Neue,sans-serif;
}

If you’d like to use the Futura font, you should reinstall your widget avoiding iframe and remove the CSS code I’ve shared from the Custom CSS field.

In case you’re experiencing difficulties with it, please request the installation in your dashboard and our Support Team will gladly assist. Do not forget to mention that the widget should be reinstalled avoiding iframe :slightly_smiling_face:
