Traslate code on safari

I have added the translate code to a site I build with Cardd. It works great on Firefox, Brave … but doesn’t show up on Safari. I’ve cleaned out history etc… and it still doesn’t. Is this a known issue w Safari or is there something I can do?

I’m hoping to start using these products but obv if there’s a problem w Safari that won’t work for me.

Thanks.

FYI appears to be an issue with Adguard for Safari. It works when Adguard is stopped on my page. Would be nice to figure out a way to make it work w Adguard as quite a few use it.

Hi there, @user2715

Yes, sometimes ad blockers can interfere with a widget’s performance due to one of these reasons:

  1. The widget’s placement and the general structure of the page.

You can check whether the widget is being blocked separately from your website using the Share link:

In case the widget is not being blocked at the link above, changing its placement in the structure of your website might help fix the issue.

  1. Confusing a widget for an advertisement.

Unfortunately, this behaviour by your ad blocker doesn’t depend on us, and we can’t fix it on our side. We recommend you reporting this case to the AdGuard support and hopefully they listen and set an exception for your widget :slightly_smiling_face:
