It would be great if there were a system to identify where is source of the person is before they started chatting. Example: Google, Social Media, Direct etc.

Is it possible to create a code to track origin of the requested contact, for example google organic, google ads, instagram, etc?
Similar as google ads tracking.

At the moment, this feature isn’t supported, but we have a similar Wishlist request and I’ve added your comment there too.
If the idea becomes popular, we’ll try to think it over in the future
