i don’t want to review Apple Google i want to see and show my websites without all of this people reviewing something else

You’re talking about the All-in-One Reviews widget, right?
When you create a widget, it shows default reviews to demonstrate how it looks and works. However, you can add a link to your business on Google, Facebook or any other supported platform and your reviews will be collected there.
If your review source isn’t supported in the widget, you can manually add them:
Moreover, you can let users submit reviews right through the widget:
In case you were referring to the Comments widget, it also shows the default comments only in the editor. The widget installed on the website will show the comments left on your website only.
