The Twitter Feed Slider Widget embedded in the website is not displayed on SP

Nice to meet you.
I have a question.
I embedded a Twitter Feed Slider Widget into a website I created with a no-code tool called Studio | ノーコードWeb制作プラットフォーム, but it is displayed on a PC but not on SP. Is this due to a problem on X (Twitter)'s side?
Can you solve this so that it will display again?

これはX(Twitter)側に原因がありますか?
また表示させるために、こちらで解決できますか?

Hi there and welcome to the Community, @user23490

I have to say that our Community forum is English-based, so we communicate in English so that all the members understand what we’re talking about

I’ve checked the page you’ve share and there is now widget’s installation code there. Also, I see that me colleague Renata from the Support Team checked your account and found that all widgets have been deleted.

Could you please specify whether you want us to restore any deleted widget or you’ll create a new one?

Thank you for your response.

I had originally created the widget under a different account, but I’ve created it again using this one.
Here is the link to the demo site where the widget is embedded:

I would like to ask a question again in English.
I have embedded the Twitter Feed Slider Widget into a no-code tool called STUDIO. While it displays correctly on PC, it does not appear on smartphones.
Could this issue be caused by X (formerly Twitter)?
Also, is it possible for you to help resolve this so that it can be displayed properly on mobile devices?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @user23490

Thank you for waiting!

This issue might occur because the widget is installed in iframe. Do you have an opportunity to reinstall the widget avoiding iframe?

If you don’t know how to do this, we’ll need temporary access to your website’s backend:

  • login link

  • temporary login

  • temporary password

Please send me this info in a private message and our devs will investigate it further :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you for your confirmation.
I understand that the issue is caused by the installation within an iframe.
Since STUDIO, the no-code tool we are using, embeds external content via iframes by design, it would be difficult to embed it in any other way.
Also, websites created with STUDIO are built entirely within the tool without touching any code, so we assume that code-level modifications are not possible due to the system’s limitations.
I apologize, but unless there is another workaround, we may have to give up on this.
Thank you very much for looking into this.

Thank you for waiting!

If you could add GTM to your page and provide us with the access to your GTM account, our devs would try to investigate this issue further :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you for checking.
This is still a work-in-progress site that hasn’t been made public yet.
We will let you know once it is officially released.
