The Tutorial will not load

  • Issue description: Is any one having problems with the install widget tutorial. when I click on the desired platform Shopify, the tutorial does not display, it used to display to the right side of the screen. Now nothing loads?

Could you please confirm if this is still an issue on your side?

If it is, please follow these steps:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  2. Check your website in Incognito mode and another browser
  3. Check your website on another device

If the issue still persists, please send me a screenshot or a video screencast of the issue, it would be tremendously helpful! :raised_hands:
