when click on menu items if it has any sub menus we can show and select foods based on that submenu too

Glad to say that this functionality is already available! You just need to open the menu settings, then enable and create Sections:
Once the sections are created, you should assign them to the menu items:
Finally, choose Tabs as a Sections layout on the Layout tab:
