Act Fast: Campaign Ends When 10 Prizes Are Claimed!
For example,
I would like to collect a maximum of 100 emails from a campaign event,
Or I may want the campaign to run until the 10 physical prizes have been claimed.(because I do not have any more prizes)
Once the 10 physical prizes are claimed, the campaign end, and the Spinning Wheel will be deactivated.
Is there a way to have a counter/tracker to monitor the number of “prizes claimed” ?
I totally get your point and agree that this would be a nice enhancement for our app, but, unfortunately, we haven’t got any news yet.
To give you more context, given a high number of Wishlist requests, we consider ideas based on their complexity and popularity. At the moment, there are a lot of requests with the higher priority level and our devs are focused on them now.
If this request gains more votes, it might be prioritized sooner, but it’s still hard to give any predictions now. As soon as any news comes up, we’ll promptly update you here
I get it, and appreciate that. But in terms of something like being able to customise the prize email… you already have that functionality built. It’s present in a lot of your existing widgets. It’s not a huge job to copy over at all. It’s 1h of time max, but more likley 20 minutes. Alternatively allow us access into the coding so we can custom code it ourselves
@Mr_Hugo_Marketing You’re absolutely right, it’s possible to edit the emails in our Form widgets.
The Spinning Wheel widget, like other apps with notifications, serves a specific function: to spin for a prize. We’ve decided to use a fixed email template with the client’s logo, localized based on the widget’s language, presenting info clearly. This ready-made solution saves time for users and covers most cases.
Form widgets, however, handle various tasks, which is why an email editing option is available there.
While it might seem straightforward to add this feature to the Spinning Wheel, it’s more complicated.
All new features follow a thorough process - design, development, testing, and business review. This multi-stage process takes much time and resources, which is why quick implementation isn’t always possible, even when the feature exists in other apps.
However, we see that these requests gain votes and keep an eye on them. If any news comes up, we’ll update you in the dedicated threads
