Sometimes the order date is not displayed in the confirmation email for the customer

Sometimes the order date is not displayed in the confirmation email for the customer. I always receive the confirmation email with the date. What could be the reason for this?

I’ve checked your widget and haven’t found any fields referring to the Order Date. Could you please send me a screenshot of the order date that appears on your end? If you have screenshots of the clients’ submissions with the missing order date, please attach it here as well.

I’ve replaced the default field ID [mdship2b] with the ID generated based on the field label [bestelldatum] and everything worked fine:
