Skip Limit

Hey Elfsight! :100:

“Skip Limit” refers to a feature that limits the number of songs or tracks a user can skip before the next one plays. This is often used to prevent users from skipping too many songs in a playlist or stream, ensuring a better and more consistent listening experience for everyone.
If the skip limit is set to 3, the user can skip up to three tracks, after which they must either listen to the current track or continue the playlist in order.

What do you guys think?
Best Regards,
Maxim!

Hope thats easy do make, or does it give a script for that? @Max :innocent:

Hi @maxim, I’m so sorry, it seems this request got lost as well :disappointed:

Hmm, right now I cannot think about any use case where such a limit wouldn’t annoy me  And do you know any specific situations when this feature would be needed?

Maybe like spotify: “You have 6 skips per hour” or buy premium.

I know it would annoy some people but i dont mean like a skip limit for the widget in general, but that i can turn it of / on. you know what i mean?:face_with_tears_of_joy:

And it must be a custom premium for people.

Thanks for the ideas! Well, let’s see what other users think about this option
